How the incentive works

Linked to the rating

The additional FSI depends on the green building rating your project is pre-certified for: 3% for silver, 5% for gold and 7% for platinum, applied to the basic built-up area.

Earned at completion

The committed rating has to be achieved when the building is complete. Murman YIELD tracks the evidence through to the occupancy certificate so the incentive is protected.
